Applications: General Information  
There are four different application forms available on the website, explanations of which are given below.
KinKan Dojo
There are two separate Kinkan Dojo application forms, for both adults and children, which are for the sole purpose of the instructor at the Kinkan Dojo and must be completed in order to begin training at the Kinkan Dojo.
The information you supply will be held in the strictest confidence by the instructors.
Download the appropriate application form from the menu, print it, complete it and bring it with you to your first class.

Requirement:
It is a strict requirement that you read, understand and accept the relevant terms and conditions associated with any level of training, for adults or children, that you plan to undertake at the Kinkan Dojo.
It is also your responsibility to read, understand and accept the implications of the Disclaimer stated below.

Disclaimer:
Under no circumstances should an individual attempt to perform techniques shown from either this site or any other Genbukan/KJJR website, unless under the supervision of a qualified Genbukan/KJJR Instructor.
Any injuries sustained without such supervision are the sole responsibility of the individual concerned.
Jujutsu
This application form should be completed if you want to join the Kokusai Jujutsu Renmei.
Download the Jujutsu application form from the menu, print it, complete it and bring it with you the next available class, together with two passport sized photographs and the joining fee, and your instructor will send the form to Tanemura Sensei at the Hombu Dojo in Japan.
     
Ninpo Taijutsu
This application form should be completed if you want to join the Genbukan Ninpo Bugei.
Download the Ninpo Taijutsu application form from the menu, print it, complete it and bring it with you the next available class, together with two passport sized photographs and the joining fee, and your instructor will send the form to Tanemura Sensei at the Hombu Dojo in Japan.
